KēSTA I.T. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager.

Lead, System Implementation & Conversion

We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager / Implementation Lead to spearhead a major system conversion project. This is a critical role responsible for migrating two financial affiliates onto our core infrastructure and operational platforms. The ideal candidate will be an expert in large-scale system conversions within the financial services industry, possessing a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution skills. You'll ensure a seamless transition by coordinating all technical and non-technical aspects of the project.

Core Responsibilities:

• Define the overall conversion strategy in collaboration with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Oversee and lead all aspects of implementation readiness, including detailed scheduling, resource staffing, and release coordination.
• Plan and manage the execution of key events like mock conversions and dress rehearsals.
• Coordinate the creation of all necessary deployment and production support deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, including technical, training, and operational groups.
• Direct and monitor work efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Organize and lead a team of deployment leads and analysts to define tasks and prepare transition plans.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive experience leading large system conversions within the financial services sector is required.
• Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills are essential.
• Methodology: Proven experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe, is a must.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across different groups.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to track project milestones, identify resource needs, and adjust plans to meet project goals.
