KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Project Manager for an immediate contract engagement with our client.

  

Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of complex healthcare technology systems, including large-scale system modules, data integration, enterprise data warehousing, analytics, and reporting solutions. This role will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, implementation plans, resource coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing technology projects within healthcare or government environments, coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional teams, and overseeing system and data conversions from legacy platforms to modern solutions. This position requires strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills, along with the ability to monitor project progress, resolve issues, manage critical milestones, and present updates to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the full project lifecycle for complex healthcare technology implementations, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, implementation, go-live, and certification.

·         Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

·         Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules to coordinate activities, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple vendors and internal teams.

·         Establish project governance processes to monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.

·         Coordinate resources across vendors, technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project partners to support successful implementation.

·         Ensure project deliverables meet established business requirements, technical specifications, data warehousing objectives, and quality expectations.

·         Monitor project performance, identify schedule or scope deviations, evaluate risks, and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress toward critical milestones.

·         Gather and prioritize requirements related to data aggregation, analytics, reporting, and system functionality.

·         Identify potential issues early, communicate their impact, and collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop and implement effective resolutions.

·         Identify key decision-makers, project partners, and stakeholder groups, and develop strategies to encourage engagement, awareness, and support.

·         Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors, project teams, executives, and other stakeholders.

·         Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and progress updates tailored to technical, operational, executive, and other audiences.

·         Present project progress, risks, milestones, and key decisions to executive leadership and other governing bodies as required.

·         Lead or coordinate change management activities, training plans, and stakeholder communications to support the adoption of new systems and processes.

·         Oversee system and data conversion activities associated with transitioning from legacy platforms to new technology solutions.

·         Support implementation readiness, go-live coordination, post-implementation activities, and certification requirements.

·         Maintain strong project documentation, communication practices, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

·         5+ years of project management experience leading technology projects within healthcare or government environments.

·         5+ years of experience with change management, coordinating training, and developing communications to support successful system and process implementations.

·         5+ years of experience with system and data conversion projects involving migration from legacy systems to new platforms.

·         Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope management, risk mitigation, and implementation coordination.

·         Experience coordinating multiple vendors, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

·         Ability to develop and maintain master schedules, monitor dependencies, manage critical paths, and deliver projects within established deadlines.

·         Experience gathering requirements and prioritizing work related to data aggregation, analytics, enterprise data warehousing, and reporting.

·         Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to identify risks and issues proactively, facilitate decision-making, and coordinate timely resolutions with management and project stakeholders.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare status reports and present complex project information to executive audiences.

·         Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships, identify key decision-makers, and develop strategies that encourage engagement and support.

·         Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate resources in complex, multi-team project environments.

Preferred Skills

·         5+ years of experience working with state Medicaid agencies.

·         5+ years of experience working with state government agencies.

·         Experience implementing Medicaid management information systems or comparable large-scale healthcare technology platforms.

·         Experience coordinating system certification, implementation readiness, go-live planning, and post-implementation activities.

·         Experience managing enterprise data warehousing, data integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.

·         Experience coordinating change management, stakeholder communications, and training programs for large-scale technology implementations.
