Job Description:
We Are Seeking a Software Solution Architect to design, implement, and support integration methodologies that enable enterprise service bus (ESB) platforms to track message transmission and provide related interface services for connected systems. This role is critical to supporting and improving automated processes, streamlining business workflows, ensuring data integrity, maintaining compliance with system development lifecycle standards, and securing applications. The Software Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, provide application oversight to analysts and integration teams, and contribute to the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for integration engine issues
· Perform code debugging, fixes, and enhancements for production and non-production environments
· Maintain and support integration engine platforms, including application restarts and server patching
· Manage certificate renewals, installations, and secure connectivity configurations
· Support application system maintenance and resolve connectivity issues
· Monitor, manage, and reprocess error and hold queues as required
· Respond to system alerts and take corrective actions
· Produce latency, response, and performance reports
· Generate recurring status and operational reports
· Manage code migrations and deployments to production environments
· Perform version upgrades and related testing activities
· Communicate with internal users and external system partners to resolve integration issues
· Manage memory utilization and storage for integration platforms
· Design and develop solutions for new integration use cases
· Develop interfaces based on business requirements and technical specifications
· Create technical requirements and system designs aligned with business needs
· Develop custom filters, mappers, and transformations using integration development toolkits
· Build message mappings and definitions using message designers
· Write and maintain JavaScript code using multiple scripting versions within the integration engine
· Develop and consume SOAP, REST, and other web service APIs
· Perform data format transformations across HL7 v2, HL7 v3, FHIR, CDA, XML, JSON, and flat files
· Develop database connections and integrations with relational databases
· Implement secure transport protocols including TCP, HTTP, LLP, and OAuth
· Prepare technical documentation and code review artifacts aligned with SDLC requirements
· Own overall system architecture, integration design, and configuration standards

Integration Engine (Rhapsody) Skills
· Experience with modern versions of Health Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x preferred)
· Use of Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to build custom filters, mappers, and components
· Message payload translation between formats such as HL7, XML, JSON, and proprietary/legacy formats
· Experience with TCP, LLP, HTTP, SOAP, REST, OAuth, and web service integrations
· Database integration with MSSQL and Oracle
· Monitoring, performance tuning, and memory management of integration platforms
