Job Description:
We Are Seeking a senior-level Program Strategist to lead strategic initiatives supporting the development and evaluation of innovative technology solutions, including artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. This role is responsible for overseeing program strategy, stakeholder engagement, discovery activities, and project governance to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives. The Program Strategist will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and program stakeholders to drive alignment, ensure transparency, and support long-term technology integration strategies.
Responsibilities:
Program Strategy and Oversight
· Provide strategic leadership to ensure program objectives are achieved and aligned with organizational priorities.
· Oversee project activities to ensure alignment with defined goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.
· Support the development and monitoring of key performance metrics to measure project success.
· Ensure documentation and reporting supports transparency and governance requirements.
· Oversee development of strategic roadmaps supporting technology adoption and integration.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
· Lead stakeholder engagement efforts across all organizational levels to build support and alignment.
· Oversee discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to understand current processes and improvement opportunities.
· Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, technical teams, and program stakeholders.
· Ensure effective communication strategies are implemented throughout the program lifecycle.
· Support stakeholder understanding of program objectives, progress, and expected outcomes.
Program Delivery and Governance
· Oversee development of improved processes and technology-driven solutions.
· Provide leadership in coordinating solution demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
· Oversee development of final program reports and executive summaries.
· Ensure program risks, scope, and deliverables are effectively managed.
· Support Agile and traditional project management methodologies including planning and tracking activities.
· Ensure program documentation, governance artifacts, and deliverables are maintained.
Required Skills:
· Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 20+ years of experience in program management, project management, or strategic leadership roles.
· Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
· Experience supporting artificial intelligence, data analytics, or advanced technology initiatives.
· Strong experience in program governance, risk management, and strategic planning.
· Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building organizational alignment.
· Strong leadership, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
· Experience using Agile, PERT, or Gantt methodologies to manage complex programs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience managing program budgets, risks, and scope.
· Experience conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and leading discovery efforts.
· Experience developing strategic roadmaps and executive-level reports.
Preferred Skills
· Experience supporting large data analytics or AI-driven initiatives.
· Experience working with geospatial data analysis or pattern analysis projects.
· Experience supporting human services, public sector, or compliance-driven programs.
· Experience supporting technology modernization initiatives.
· Experience coordinating technical demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
