We're looking for a highly driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a key player on our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for generating new business opportunities by effectively qualifying leads and scheduling valuable meetings for our sales professionals. As the initial point of contact for potential customers, you'll be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships and directly contributing to our revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing:

Proactively identify and research potential new customers using various outbound prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Engage with both inbound leads and cold prospects to thoroughly qualify them based on their alignment with our company, budget, specific needs, and decision-making authority.

Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns, crafting compelling phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate genuine interest in our offerings.

Effectively manage and track all interactions and lead statuses within our CRM software (HubSpot), ensuring meticulous documentation of sales activities.

Collaborate closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, consistent messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently providing the sales team with ample opportunities.

Efficiently schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.

Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to articulate compelling value propositions to prospects.

Provide regular updates on your progress, lead status, and key performance metrics to management.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

A goal-oriented mindset and a strong drive to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement platforms.

A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is preferred but not strictly required.
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or technology services is beneficial.
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
- Ability to engage with prospects, uncover pain points, and clearly pitch solutions.
