Product Adoption Consultant

Come, Innovate, Build, Disrupt & Thrive!

Position Overview

KēSTA I.T. is seeking a Product Adoption Consultant to drive adoption of a newly built, platform that helps financial institutions consolidate data and lead-source large-scale clients and partners. The platform integrates with Salesforce and other public information sources, and it is being rolled out and enhanced on an ongoing basis. This is a new, growth position on-site in Utah.

The role begins with a Train the Trainer onboarding track, where much of the training documentation already exists and you will enhance and contribute to it as you complete your coursework. Once onboarded, you become the trainer and primary point of contact for user questions, supporting roughly 1,500 internal users, primarily bankers, leaders, and other points of contact who currently follow a clearly defined but manual process.

You will partner mostly with bankers, while also working with operations and technology stakeholders and passing user feedback to the right teams. You will present findings and updates to senior leaders and executives, and support change management and communications as new functionality and process changes are introduced. Because you will be the expert on the tool but not necessarily on the business, credibility, patience, and the ability to bring experienced professionals along with change are key.

This is a contract position with a high likelihood of extending well beyond 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Train the Trainer onboarding and become proficient in the platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions and support.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for approximately 1,500 users, including bankers, leaders, and other points of contact.

  • Plan, distribute, and analyze user surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
  • Track trends in user feedback and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and adoption.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and executives.
  • Partner with business and technical teams, including operations and technology stakeholders, to understand user needs and communicate feedback to the appropriate groups.
  • Support change management and communications activities tied to new functionality, enhancements, and process changes.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
