Job Description:
We Are Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and evaluation of innovative technology solutions designed to improve complex business processes, through the use of advanced analytics and emerging technologies. This role will focus on analyzing workflows, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, documenting requirements, and supporting the development of proof-of-concept solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals, improve operational outcomes, and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Process Improvement
· Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
· Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather business requirements.
· Document current state processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
· Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
· Support the design of improved workflows and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
· Define and track key performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness.
· Document business processes, requirements, and solution outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
· Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project support.
· Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes through regular status reports.
· Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
· Present findings, recommendations, and solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
· Gather and document stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement.
Project Support and Delivery
· Support Agile development processes including documentation, backlog support, and team coordination.
· Assist in coordinating solution demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
· Contribute to development of project roadmaps and implementation strategies.
· Prepare final project documentation including findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
· Assist with project scope, risk identification, and change management activities.
· Support documentation of solution functionality and operational impacts.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in enterprise, government, or corporate environments.
· Experience supporting complex system implementations or modernization initiatives.
· Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
· Strong experience mapping workflows and identifying process improvements.
· Experience collaborating with technical teams to support solution development.
· Experience working in Agile development environments.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong documentation and organizational skills.
· Experience identifying stakeholders and building cross-functional support.
· Experience translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
· Experience managing scope, risks, and project deliverables.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience supporting case management or human services systems.
· Experience working with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) enterprise systems.
· Experience supporting data-driven or analytics-focused initiatives.
· Familiarity with machine learning or algorithm-driven solution development.
· Experience quantifying business outcomes using data and performance metrics.
· Experience supporting large digital transformation initiatives.
· Experience coordinating solution demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
