Job Description: Senior Sales Recruiter (Contract)

Reports To: Recruiting Manager

Works Closely With: VP of Digital Sales

Duration: Long-term contract


About the Role:


We are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter with proven experience recruiting for high-performing sales roles — including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers, and other revenue-focused positions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and the VP of Digital Sales to build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent to drive the organization’s growth.


This is a long-term contract position with the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping shape and scale a dynamic sales organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the Recruiting Manager and VP of Digital Sales to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top sales talent for BDR, AE, Sales Engineer, and leadership-level positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using a mix of outbound sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  • Maintain a high-touch candidate experience to ensure timely, transparent, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand market trends and provide strategic insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on sales roles such as BDR, AE, Sales Engineer, or other revenue-generating positions.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior sales leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM platforms; familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting a plus.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
