The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, secure, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining high availability and performance across local, wireless, wide-area, and voice networks while helping evolve the organization's overall network architecture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on networking professional who can troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, implement new technologies, improve network resilience, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, and related network devices.
  • Establish and maintain network standards, configurations, processes, and documentation.
  • Design and implement new network solutions while identifying opportunities to improve the reliability, scalability, and resilience of the existing environment.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices, software, protocols, and connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve performance issues, outages, and connectivity problems.
  • Support and troubleshoot Voice over IP (VoIP) infrastructure and related network connectivity.
  • Support wireless infrastructure and connected devices, including access points, laptops, handheld devices, printers, warehouse equipment, and other wireless endpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal and external security teams to establish and enforce network security policies and access controls.
  • Maintain current firmware, software, and security updates across network infrastructure.
  • Support network security initiatives involving firewalls, access controls, and related technologies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of network hardware and coordinate equipment procurement and distribution as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation covering network architecture, infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
  • Prioritize and respond to technical support requests, incidents, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to optimize network performance and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay current on emerging networking technologies and identify opportunities to improve the organization's technology environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional networking experience and 4–6 years of overall technical experience in an IT environment.
  • Experience supporting and administering enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including switches and routers.
  • Working knowledge of network firewalls and network security concepts.
  • Experience with TCP/IP and fundamental networking protocols and technologies.
  • Experience administering or supporting Active Directory environments.
  • Experience with VoIP, preferably Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
  • Familiarity with Conditional Access and modern network access/security technologies.
  • 1–2 years of experience working with network security technologies and practices.
  • CCNA or other relevant networking certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Genuine passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
