Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst with strong Salesforce development expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient Salesforce-based applications while supporting end-to-end system development and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to support business and CRM needs.

·         Perform hands-on development, including coding and delivering user stories for workflow enhancements.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather and define requirements.

·         Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, performance goals, and long-term strategy.

·         Manage release cycles, including deployment of new features and enhancements.

·         Provide technical ownership of project environments and solution architecture.

·         Establish and enforce development standards, guidelines, and best practices.

·         Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware.

·         Ensure compliance with security standards throughout the application lifecycle.

·         Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Develop training plans and support transition to maintenance and operations.

·         Participate in all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle.

·         Implement solutions using both code-based (Apex, Lightning) and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).

·         Develop and manage Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex processes.

·         Oversee end-to-end technical delivery including data migration, integrations, and custom development.

·         Define and manage change management and release processes.

·         Design and document technical architecture across integrated platforms.

·         Support CI/CD processes, version control, and deployment using tools such as Azure DevOps.

·         Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

·         6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

·         Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development lifecycle and SFDX.

·         4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.

·         5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.

·         3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.

·         Experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.

·         Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD, release management, and requirements tracking.

·         Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, REST/SOAP services, JSON, and XML.

·         Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises systems.

·         Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth.

·         Experience with data migration, data quality management, and system integration.

·         Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

·         Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

·         Experience with tools such as Conga and Drawloop.

·         Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance frameworks.
