KēSTA I.T. is seeking a Senior Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to take the lead on critical, enterprise-scale programs that drive strategic corporate initiatives. This is a high-visibility role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and business solutions, from conceptual roadmap development through final implementation. You will function as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment, managing substantial budgets, and delivering transformational capabilities across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Leadership:

• Define Program Direction: Direct and facilitate the definition of program scope, objectives, and key deliverables by collaborating closely with Business Line Executive Sponsors and Portfolio Managers.
• Develop Solution Roadmaps: Partner with IT and business units to create strategic solution roadmaps that clearly outline the phased delivery of organizational capabilities.
• Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Oversee and manage the work of multiple Project Managers and diverse project teams (IT, business, operations) to ensure synchronized delivery.

Execution & Financial Oversight

• Program Planning & Management: Develop, maintain, and own the overall Program schedule, resource plan, and interdependency mapping.
• Budget Accountability: Exercise direct financial accountability for program budgets, including tracking costs, analyzing trends, and ensuring all deliverables remain on time and within financial targets.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively assess and mitigate program risks, resolve complex issues, and serve as the single point of contact for all associated technology deliverables across impacted areas.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Executive Reporting: Present clear, concise reports to senior business line leadership and stakeholders, defining progress, tracking results, and outlining problems and effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee program quality by monitoring and reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet high standards and fulfill customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Program Leadership: Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale IT/business programs with multiple workstreams and project managers.
• Strategic Planning: Demonstrated success in collaborating with business and IT to develop and execute long-term solution roadmaps.
• Financial Management: Direct experience with budget accountability and financial oversight for large, complex programs.
• Stakeholder Influence: A proven ability to directly interact with and successfully influence senior business line leadership and executive sponsors.
• Project Expertise: Deep knowledge of defining program scope, objective setting, resource requirements, and managing interdependencies
