Job Description:
We Are Seeking an experienced System Analyst to support IT technical support transitions, knowledge transfer activities, and operational readiness for large-scale IT modernization initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating transition activities, managing technical documentation, ensuring operational continuity, and supporting collaboration between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The System Analyst will also play a key role in risk management, project coordination, and ensuring successful transition of technical support responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate execution of IT technical transition plans and report progress to leadership.
· Serve as a primary liaison between vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders.
· Ensure knowledge transfer activities, documentation completion, and transition deliverables are properly executed.
· Support operational readiness efforts including security compliance and disaster recovery preparedness.
· Identify project risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies.
· Manage scope, deliverables, schedules, and risks related to IT transition and knowledge transfer activities.
· Coordinate vendor transition activities and technical knowledge transfer schedules.
· Communicate project status updates with project managers, technical leaders, and stakeholders.
· Assign tasks, coordinate resources, and resolve or escalate project issues.
· Facilitate execution of technical support transition strategies aligned with project objectives.
· Review and analyze transition documentation and present findings to leadership.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
· Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Support documentation governance and ensure operational processes are clearly defined.
· Support implementation of IT service management processes including incident, change, and problem management.
Required Skills:
· Strong understanding of .NET application architectures.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
· Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and operational monitoring tools.
· Understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance practices.
· Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
· Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams during complex transitions.
· Familiarity with ReactJS-based applications from a support or operational perspective.
· Experience leading complex IT transitions or transformation projects.
· Strong facilitation, decision-making, and organizational skills.
· Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL concepts preferred).
· Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.
· Strong documentation and operational process management skills.
· Experience developing and executing phased transition plans.
· 5+ years of IT experience, including experience coordinating technical teams.
· 3–5+ years of experience in IT management, technical program management, or application/infrastructure operations.
· Experience transitioning systems from vendor-supported to internally supported models.
· Experience supporting transitions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
· Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience working in large IT modernization programs.
· Experience supporting cloud migration or hybrid cloud environments.
· Experience working in Agile project environments.
· Experience coordinating knowledge transfer between vendors and internal teams.
· Experience developing operational support models and transition documentation.
