Job Description:
We Are Seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts across complex enterprise applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure software solutions. This role will focus on test strategy development, automation, performance testing, and collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams. The Software Test Analyst will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior testers, and support continuous improvement of testing practices and tools.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Strategy and Testing
· Lead quality assurance strategies and testing best practices for enterprise applications.
· Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
· Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
· Perform API testing and validation of system integrations.
· Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application scalability.
· Validate data integrity across systems using SQL queries and data analysis.
· Maintain and enhance existing automated and manual test scripts.
Agile Collaboration and Delivery
· Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams within Agile environments.
· Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
· Manage test cases, defects, and reporting using test management tools.
· Support test environment configuration and test data management.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior QA staff.
Compliance, Documentation, and Process Improvement
· Perform security, compliance, and accessibility testing aligned with industry standards.
· Conduct accessibility testing using assistive technologies and established guidelines.
· Ensure applications meet regulatory and quality standards.
· Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, traceability matrices, and requirements validation documents.
· Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation coverage.
· Support continuous improvement of QA standards and practices.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 8+ years of experience in software testing including automation and performance testing.
· Strong experience developing automated tests using Python-based frameworks.
· Experience with API testing and automation.
· Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
· Experience with enterprise application testing.
· Experience with performance testing tools.
· Experience with version control tools such as Git.
· Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Knowledge of security and compliance testing standards.
· Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and assistive technologies.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills
· Professional certifications related to testing, Agile, or relevant technologies.
· Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, Java, or .NET.
· Experience working with containerized environments such as Docker or Kubernetes.
· Experience with enterprise test management tools.
· Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks.
· Experience supporting large enterprise system integrations.
