KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Enterprise Business Analyst for an immediate contract engagement with our client.

  

Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of enterprise healthcare technology systems, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management platforms. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, clinical users, technical teams, developers, and system administrators to gather requirements, analyze workflows, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for system optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting healthcare applications, a solid understanding of HL7 and IT security principles, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Partner with clinical, administrative, technical, and program stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and system requirements.

·         Support the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of EHR and Practice Management systems.

·         Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure healthcare applications effectively support HL7 standards and established business processes.

·         Monitor system performance and assist with maintaining the reliability, availability, accuracy, and security of enterprise applications.

·         Analyze clinical and administrative workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system optimization.

·         Provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, system updates, patches, and related maintenance activities.

·         Coordinate with software vendors and external support teams to investigate and resolve application-related issues.

·         Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, backups, data validation, and other activities supporting system reliability and data integrity.

·         Provide technical assistance to end users and help communicate solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner.

·         Work with training personnel to support the development and delivery of training for system users.

·         Create detailed and actionable tickets for developers, administrators, and technical support teams using issue-tracking platforms.

·         Utilize tools such as REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger to test integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical functionality.

·         Generate, review, and analyze system and operational reports to support clinical, administrative, and organizational decision-making.

·         Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Windows-based systems and cloud-hosted applications.

·         Assist with maintaining secure technology environments by following established IT security practices, policies, and data-protection requirements.

·         Collaborate with developers and administrators to identify application improvements and resolve technical issues affecting system performance.

·         Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand technical problems, establish priorities, and provide timely solutions.

·         Stay current with healthcare technology, ITSM, integration, cloud, and security trends to identify opportunities for improved technology solutions.

·         Participate in on-call or after-hours support activities when required to maintain critical healthcare technology operations.

Required Skills

·         3+ years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems within a healthcare, clinical, hospital, or similarly complex environment.

·         Experience with the implementation, configuration, administration, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise healthcare applications.

·         3+ years of experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and supporting cloud-based software applications.

·         3+ years of experience with JIRA, Ivanti, or comparable ticketing and issue-management platforms.

·         5+ years of experience with Windows operating systems, including advanced troubleshooting and technical support.

·         Working knowledge of HL7 standards and healthcare system integrations is highly desired.

·         Knowledge of IT security principles, protocols, and best practices, particularly as they apply to enterprise and healthcare environments.

·         Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, workflows, and system processes.

·         Ability to evaluate clinical and business processes and recommend practical technology improvements.

·         Experience working with APIs and integration technologies, including REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and Swagger.

·         Familiarity with networking concepts, including network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration, is preferred.

·         Strong understanding of application support, system maintenance, updates, patches, backups, and data integrity practices.

·         Experience working with developers, administrators, vendors, business analysts, clinical staff, and other technical stakeholders.

·         Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·         Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to providing responsive, high-quality technical support.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing technical and business requirements.

·         Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience supporting healthcare IT or similarly complex enterprise systems may be considered.

·         Availability to participate in on-call or off-hours support as needed.
