Job Description:
We Are Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain customizable Salesforce solutions that support complex CRM requirements. This role will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring Salesforce applications are secure, maintainable, and aligned with established development standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SFDX, integrations, and CI/CD processes. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and capable of providing technical leadership throughout the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with colleagues, customers, business stakeholders, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and application enhancements.
· Analyze business requirements and ensure technical solutions align with established objectives, performance expectations, and long-term technology strategies.
· Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
· Take ownership of Salesforce release cycles, including development, testing, deployment, and updates to existing applications.
· Provide technical oversight for Salesforce project environments and ensure solutions are properly integrated across platforms.
· Establish and maintain internal Salesforce development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
· Collaborate with developers and technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
· Design and implement secure Salesforce solutions that adhere to applicable security standards throughout the application lifecycle.
· Provide technical leadership and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Develop training plans and support knowledge transfer to development and maintenance teams.
· Participate in requirements gathering, architecture discussions, technical design, and solution planning.
· Develop solutions using Salesforce configuration tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
· Develop Apex classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
· Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and cloud-based or on-premises applications.
· Implement authentication and authorization solutions, including OAuth-based integrations.
· Manage end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migration, data quality, integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
· Define, communicate, and manage technical change and release-management processes.
· Assess Salesforce architecture and recommend secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
· Design and document technical architectures spanning multiple platforms, integrations, and authentication mechanisms.
· Support SFDX development, source control, branching, merging, and deployment activities.
· Utilize Azure DevOps or comparable tools to support CI/CD processes and release management.
· Identify and communicate technical risks, issues, dependencies, and potential solutions.
· Support migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
· Support migration of legacy Visualforce portals to Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
· Provide customization and integration support for scheduling and document-generation solutions.
· Collaborate with technical managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to drive successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills
· 6+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
· 4+ years of Salesforce development experience using:
· Apex
· Visualforce
· Lightning Web Components (LWC)
· Aura Components
· HTML5
· JavaScript
· 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
· 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
· Strong experience migrating Salesforce Classic applications to Lightning.
· Experience migrating legacy Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites.
· 5+ years of experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent experience with similar scheduling products.
· 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer.
· Strong experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
· Experience with Salesforce integrations, including cloud-based and on-premises applications.
· Experience implementing OAuth and other authentication protocols.
· Experience with data migration, data quality, and system integrations.
· Experience supporting CI/CD and deployment processes using Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, security, scalability, and performance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative development environment.
Preferred Skills
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
· Salesforce Experience Cloud certification.
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
· Salesforce Certified Administrator.
· Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
· Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
· 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
· Experience with data migration and cloud integration projects.
· Experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
· Familiarity with governmental processes, security requirements, and compliance standards.
· Experience working with FedRAMP-compliant tools and environments.
· Experience with scheduling platforms comparable to GoMeddo.
· Experience with document-generation platforms comparable to Conga Composer.
