Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

KēSTA I.T. is actively seeking two Mid-Level Full-Stack Developers for an immediate 3-month contract engagement with our client. These developers will support an important Marketing Websites initiative focused on enhancing and modernizing web experiences within the Brightspot CMS platform.

The selected developers will work alongside an existing development team to build new functionality, enhance existing websites, and support the migration of pages and features to a modern .NET/React architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced full-stack developers to contribute to a high-visibility initiative while working with modern web technologies and development practices.

The Opportunity

We are seeking hands-on Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in React and .NET to help develop, enhance, and modernize marketing websites. The ideal candidates will be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies and collaborating closely with an established development team.

Experience with Brightspot CMS is preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain website functionality within the Brightspot CMS platform.
• Build and enhance React-based front-end components and user-facing web experiences.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end functionality using .NET.
• Support the migration of pages and features from the existing platform to a modern .NET/React architecture.
• Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and other members of the existing team to accelerate project delivery.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and fixes aligned with marketing website objectives.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide practical recommendations for implementation.
• Contribute to development efficiency, delivery velocity, and continuous process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives and leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
• Manage and track development tasks using Azure DevOps Boards or similar work-item management tools.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to the overall stability, usability, and maintainability of the websites.
• Follow established development standards, processes, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and technical assignments as needed.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience developing user interfaces and web applications using React.
• Professional experience developing applications using .NET.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience using Azure DevOps Boards or similar work-item/project management tools.
• Experience working with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.
• Experience working within collaborative software development teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with developers, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Brightspot CMS experience preferred, but not required.
