Job Description:
We Are Seeking a detail-oriented Programmer Analyst to support application security administration, reporting platforms, data operations, and automation initiatives across enterprise systems. This role will be responsible for managing user access, maintaining reporting environments, supporting data processing activities, and contributing to automation and operational improvements. The Programmer Analyst will also assist with documentation, DevOps processes, and application support to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Security Administration and Access Management
· Process user security requests including new access, changes, and removals.
· Monitor and manage security-related communications and request queues.
· Track, process, archive, and audit security access documentation.
· Maintain and improve automated security request processes.
· Perform periodic security reviews and access audits.
Reporting Platform Support
· Provide user support for reporting tools and resolve report-related issues.
· Maintain reporting environments including universe structures and reporting objects.
· Perform system health checks and produce operational health reports.
· Conduct report inventory maintenance and cleanup activities.
· Troubleshoot reporting performance and data integrity issues.
Data Operations and DevOps Support
· Validate and reconcile data loads and associated reports.
· Support deployment processes, version control activities, and configuration management.
· Develop and maintain SQL queries and batch scripts for data processing and automation.
· Assist with process automation and operational efficiency improvements.
Documentation and Operational Support
· Develop and maintain system documentation including procedures and policies.
· Track recurring operational tasks and maintain activity schedules.
· Support operational governance through accurate documentation and process tracking.
Application Development and Automation Support
· Maintain and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions including dashboards, applications, workflows, and forms.
· Support development of automation solutions to improve workflows and data integration.
· Provide backup support for application development efforts when needed.
· Assist with maintenance of applications and workflows supporting business operations.
Required Skills:
· Working knowledge of reporting platform security, universe design, and report deployment.
· Strong SQL development and batch scripting experience.
· Experience performing user access management and security administration tasks.
· Experience with DevOps practices including deployment workflows and version control.
· Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
· Strong technical documentation skills.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to provide technical support and customer service to end users.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience supporting Oracle database environments or enterprise content management systems.
· Experience supporting HR data environments or large reporting platforms.
· Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
· Familiarity with .NET development and basic application maintenance.
· Experience supporting enterprise data processing operations.
