We're seeking a highly motivated Account Optimization Manager to serve as a key liaison between our organization and our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure client processes and procedures are met, leverage cutting-edge technology, and continuously strive to enhance operational efficiency for our partners. You'll be instrumental in strategic initiatives like pricing adjustments, product adoption, and contract renewals, directly contributing to our client services metrics. This position requires a professional who embodies our core values, maintains our company code of conduct, and collaborates seamlessly across various internal departments, including Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, IT, and Accounting, to ensure all client needs are properly addressed.


Key Responsibilities & Contributions:


  • Cultivate and sustain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent outreach via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for our organization in all communications with our partners.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate client needs, understanding how various efficiencies can benefit all parties involved.
  • Strategically pursue contract renewals on a quarterly basis, working in coordination with management to target key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal management to promote operational efficiency among assigned client portfolios.
  • Continuously monitor and recognize trends in client performance, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of monthly client attrition and growth metrics.
  • Present and implement efficient processes or technologies tailored for our client base.
  • Work in close partnership with the Sales department to identify future growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Communicate new training programs or procedural changes to clients as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing for clients according to their contracts.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired client portfolios, assisting management in transitioning them onto our organizational contracts.
  • Stay current with evolving operating procedures and changes from manufacturers or third-party service providers.
  • Work with clients to adjust their procedures to align with company performance goals.
  • Demonstrate and uphold the company's culture and core values in all aspects of the role.
  • Achieve and maintain individual performance metrics (KPIs) as established by the Account Optimization Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong internal partnerships with various departments, including HR, Quality Assurance, Training, Information Technology, Accounting, and Operations, to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
  • Uphold professionalism, security, and integrity in all interactions to guarantee that our service consistently meets and exceeds quality thresholds for safety, security, and timeliness.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant industry and leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products.
  • Must be fluent and articulate in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to effectively give and receive constructive advice, feedback, and guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage with moderate supervision.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, utilizing available resources efficiently.
  • Readily available during regular business hours, with the flexibility to respond to on-call situations as needed outside of standard hours.
