KēSTA I.T. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.

Job Description

This position helps make commodities available to all in a simple and effective way. The purpose of this position is to monitor surveillance of inbound and outbound shipment vehicles. Interfaces with computer programs, completes administrative duties including but not limited to bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, phone communication, filling documents, and resolving order discrepancies. Inspects products to be shipped. Will act as a liaison for drivers and entity management.

Responsibilities

• 10-15% Security detail including camera monitoring and providing restricted access to inbound and outbound shipments.
• 30-50% Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments via Microsoft Dynamics AX and completes shipment scheduling, generates BOLs, and packing slips. Provides visual inspection of product to be received.
• 20-30% Utilizes MS Teams to liaise with drivers and entity management to accomplish coordination of shipment and receiving of product.
• 10-20% Manages administrative functions including phone communication, filing paperwork, and interface with MS Excel to track and resolve order discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required, two-year college degree preferred.
• Three to five years experience in a logistics or logistics-related role.
• Able to interface with computer programs including MS Office.
• Experience with Dynamix AX Preferred.
• Able to obtain a forklift certification within six months of hire.
