Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced System Analyst to join a collaborative Agile development team responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role combines Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and ScrumMaster responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, business process analysis, testing, and requirements management, with the ability to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.

·         Develop user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.

·         Work closely with business stakeholders to evaluate current-state and future-state business processes.

·         Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.

·         Serve as the ScrumMaster for Agile projects, facilitating team activities and managing work within Azure DevOps.

·         Create, manage, and maintain project backlogs, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and work items.

·         Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project documentation and required artifacts are completed.

·         Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.

·         Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing while documenting and tracking defects.

·         Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate that completed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

·         Collaborate with developers, project managers, quality assurance teams, and business users to resolve issues and clarify requirements.

·         Assist with system demonstrations, production validation, end-user training materials, and knowledge transfer activities.

·         Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

·         Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Ensure deliverables align with project objectives, timelines, and organizational standards.

Required Skills:

·         Associate's degree or higher required.

·         3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

·         3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

·         Experience performing both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance responsibilities throughout the software development lifecycle.

·         3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile management tools such as Jira for managing Epics, Features, User Stories, tasks, and project workflows.

·         Strong understanding of Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, and Development roles and responsibilities.

·         3+ years of experience documenting current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.

·         Experience creating product roadmaps and supporting Agile product planning.

·         Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management concepts.

·         Experience creating process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

·         Experience developing test plans, test cases, executing testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·         Proficiency with business analysis and process modeling tools such as Figma, Visio, or similar platforms.

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team.
