Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to administer, support, and optimize enterprise Apple device management in a cloud-based environment. This role is responsible for the deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices using JAMF Pro and related cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Apple device management, enterprise mobility solutions, identity integrations, and endpoint security, while delivering reliable technical support and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient device operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

·         Administer, configure, and maintain Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro.

·         Manage the complete lifecycle of Apple devices, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, deployment, patch management, compliance, and retirement.

·         Integrate JAMF Pro with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and other enterprise identity and access management platforms.

·         Develop, deploy, and maintain configuration profiles, security policies, applications, and automated workflows.

·         Implement device security controls, compliance policies, and endpoint protection best practices.

·         Monitor device health, software updates, and system performance to ensure optimal user experience.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, enrollment, authentication, and connectivity issues.

·         Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and identity-based access controls.

·         Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages to streamline administrative tasks.

·         Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to implement enterprise mobility and cloud management solutions.

·         Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and device management standards.

·         Provide advanced technical support while ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance policies.

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·         3+ years of experience administering Apple devices in an enterprise environment.

·         Hands-on experience administering and supporting JAMF Pro.

·         Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

·         Strong experience supporting macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and other Apple platforms.

·         Experience integrating Apple device management with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

·         Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based collaboration technologies.

·         Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, and identity management solutions.

·         Proficiency with endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and enterprise endpoint security.

·         Experience performing patch management, software deployment, and compliance enforcement.

·         Scripting experience using Bash, Shell, Python, or similar automation tools.

·         Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint connectivity.

·         Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
