Work Location: This position is Hybrid/Remote

 

Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, and successful delivery of large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, along with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities:

·         Partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support the planning and execution of enterprise technology initiatives.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

·         Evaluate current business processes and develop future-state process models to improve operational efficiency.

·         Translate business needs into functional requirements, technical specifications, and actionable user stories.

·         Facilitate business requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions.

·         Create workflow diagrams, process maps, business process documentation, and system specifications.

·         Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.

·         Design and recommend business and technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

·         Break down roadmap initiatives into detailed user stories and support Agile backlog refinement activities.

·         Serve as the liaison between business units, project teams, and technical resources throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Communicate project findings, recommendations, risks, and business impacts to project managers and executive stakeholders.

·         Participate in solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and implementation activities to ensure business requirements are met.

·         Assist with project planning, coordination, issue resolution, and change management activities as needed.

·         Support Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution configuration, functional analysis, and basic technical troubleshooting.

·         Ensure all business analysis deliverables are completed accurately, maintained, and aligned with project objectives and software development best practices.

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related business analysis role.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects.

·         Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

·         Extensive experience leading and facilitating business requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.

·         Proven experience creating user stories, functional requirements, business process documentation, and workflow diagrams.

·         Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably within Hybrid Agile environments.

·         Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, including functional analysis, configuration support, and troubleshooting.

·         Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.

·         Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·         Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

·         Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Proven ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·         Ability to manage initiatives through successful completion while working independently and within cross-functional teams.

·         High level of initiative, adaptability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Prior experience supporting healthcare organizations or healthcare technology initiatives.

·         Knowledge of enterprise healthcare systems and business processes.

·         Experience participating in enterprise software replacement or modernization projects.

·         Familiarity with Agile planning, backlog management, and iterative software delivery practices.

·         Experience supporting organizational change management and business transformation initiatives.
