Head of Marketing — Personal Branding and Social Growth Influencer Division


I’m looking for a standout Head of Marketing who knows how to turn loan officers into real content brands across TikTok, Instagram and every other platform that matters. The right candidate will almost certainly come from outside the mortgage industry. Creator economy, media, coaching, personal brand building—those worlds are fair game.

This role is about influence, not corporate fluff. You’ll build the playbook that helps top originators show up with confidence, consistency and a clear brand voice. You’ll coach them on what to say, how to show up and what actually moves the needle.

A full marketing team will handle editing, graphics and content production. You’ll provide the strategy, direction and high level creative leadership that ties everything together.


What You’ll Own

• Develop personal brand strategies for loan officers who want to grow their audience and stand out in a crowded market

• Coach originators on content ideas, messaging and on camera presence

• Build platform specific plans for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels

• Partner with internal editors and creators to translate your strategy into high performing content

• Analyze trends and performance to refine the playbook

• Create repeatable systems that scale personal branding across a large sales force

• Work directly with leadership to elevate brand reputation across the industry


What You Bring

• Deep experience building social presence for creators, entrepreneurs or sales professionals

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short form content trends

• A brain for strategy and a gut for what works on social right now

• Comfort coaching talent and drawing out their voice

• Ability to build simple systems that keep teams consistent without making things complicated

• Leadership instincts with the ability to inspire, challenge and elevate the people around you
