Post Closer – Wholesale Non-QM Mortgage Lender

We are currently partnering with a growing wholesale Non-QM lender that is actively looking to add an experienced Post Closer to their team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a platform that is investing heavily in growth.

Position Overview

The Post Closer will be responsible for ensuring loan files are fully complete, compliant, and delivered to investors in a timely manner. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality and efficiency across the post-closing and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review closed loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor and internal guidelines
• Clear post-closing conditions and resolve any documentation issues
• Prepare and deliver loan files to investors within required timelines
• Manage and track trailing documents, including recorded docs and final title policies
• Perform quality control reviews to identify and correct discrepancies
• Partner with underwriting, closing, and funding teams to ensure seamless loan delivery
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and investor requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-closing experience, ideally within a wholesale mortgage platform
• Experience working with Non-QM loan products strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with MeridianLink LOS required
• Strong understanding of loan delivery, compliance, and investor expectations
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage volume and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
