Job Overview:
The VP og Mortgage will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness of the companies Wholesale and Retail Brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, particularly Non-QM products, and a proven track record in marketing leadership. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on the growth of Non-QM products.
• Brand Management:
Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Non-QM mortgage market. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Digital Marketing:
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Lead Generation:
Develop and manage strategies to generate high-quality leads for the Non-QM mortgage products, ensuring effective conversion rates.
• Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Partnerships & PR:
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the market.
• Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Performance Tracking:
Set KPIs for marketing activities and regularly track and report on performance. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly those specific to Non-QM products.
Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the mortgage industry.
o Strong understanding of Non-QM mortgage products and the regulatory environment.
o Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
