General Manager – Commercial Cleaning Operations

Sonshine Cleaning is a locally owned commercial cleaning and facility services company serving offices, medical facilities, universities, recreation centers, and multi-tenant buildings across the Dayton region. With roughly 140 employees and continued growth, this role is a key leadership position responsible for stabilizing operations, supporting growth, and developing a strong management team.
About the Role
The General Manager leads day-to-day operations to ensure client commitments are met while maintaining profitability and efficiency. You’ll partner closely with ownership and operations managers to monitor performance, solve problems in real time, and build a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes both office and field time, supporting teams across multiple customer sites.
This position is primarily second shift, typically between 12–8pm or 2–10pm, to align with when most teams are working.
