Kaivac is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations by assembling products, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Safely and efficiently assemble products or components according to production schedules and work instructions
• Perform regular quality checks to identify defects, document findings, and report issues for corrective action
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards before advancing to the next production stage
• Load, unload, and move materials within the production area while maintaining proper storage and accessibility
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment settings, and issues encountered
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, and report any safety concerns immediately
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning; report malfunctions or repair needs
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to meet production goals and resolve issues
