We're looking for a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about finding great people, building meaningful employee relationships, and creating an environment where employees can succeed.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the business, connecting with employees in the field and office, and making a meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the President, you'll lead our HR and Training team while helping us attract, develop, and retain the people who drive our success.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruiting and workforce planning. Develop creative recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, and partner with supervisors to attract and hire skilled employees who fit our culture.
• Strengthen employee engagement and culture. Build relationships with field and office employees, encourage open communication, and lead initiatives that recognize contributions and reinforce our values.
• Support employee performance and development. Partner with supervisors to address performance concerns, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen employee training and development.
• Lead compensation and benefits initiatives. Support competitive pay practices, benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee leave programs.
• Oversee daily HR operations. Guide employee relations, onboarding, personnel documentation, and HR compliance while ensuring employees and supervisors receive timely, consistent support.
• Lead and develop the HR and Training team. Provide direction, coaching, and support to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and support continued company growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in human resources, including hands-on recruiting and employee relations.
• Proven ability to recruit hourly, skilled trades, or other frontline employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with employees at every level.
• Experience advising supervisors, resolving employee concerns, and supporting employee development.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, benefits, and performance management.
• A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day responsibilities.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or another hands-on, field-based work environment is highly valued.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
