Remodeling Consultant (Design-Build Sales)

MOSAIC Design + Build is an established, high-end residential design-build firm serving the greater Atlanta area. We partner with homeowners on complex remodeling projects and guide them from initial consultation through design, construction, and completion.

The Remodeling Consultant is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role with strong collaboration across design and construction. Ideal for someone who is motivated, professional with high-end clients, and comfortable managing long sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and convert inbound leads while building new business through networking and referrals
• Lead discovery calls and in-home consultations; guide clients through design-build process
• Collaborate with design, estimating, and production teams to align scope, budget, and expectations
• Maintain client relationships through project lifecycle and support smooth handoffs to production
• Track pipeline and activity in CRM and contribute to overall company growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative, service-based sales experience
• Residential construction/remodeling or design-build exposure preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with high-end homeowners and long sales cycles
• Able to travel within the Atlanta area for client meetings and site visits
