Shipping Associate

Location: Hamilton, OH

Schedule: Full Time | 7 am - 3:30 pm

We’re Looking For

A dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily shipping operations and help ensure accurate, timely, and safe shipment of customer orders. This role works closely with the Shipping Lead, Logistics Manager, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient material flow, address issues quickly, and continuously improve shipping and inventory processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily shipping operations by organizing and executing shipping tasks to meet department priorities and timelines
• Review customer orders to ensure shipments are accurate and complete; communicate discrepancies or issues to the Shipping Lead or Logistics Manager
• Assist with problem-solving when shipping challenges arise and contribute improvement ideas to reduce recurring issues
• Communicate late orders, shortages, and shipping constraints to shipping, production, and receiving teams to help align workflows
• Coordinate with carriers and drivers, including facilitating trailer loading and providing required shipping documentation
• Observe and report carrier safety concerns, especially related to LTL shipments
• Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain forklift certification
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping and staging areas
• Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and respectful communication across departments

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
