  • Naturally organized, structured, and deadline-driven — you take pride in being accurate and finishing on time
  • Confident with data entry and administrative support in a busy office setting
  • Experienced working in a construction-related environment (you understand urgency, crews, and real-time changes)
  • Strong background in scheduling and coordination — juggling calendars, field teams, and constant updates is your normal
  • Able to stay calm when things change last-minute and still keep everything on track
  • Willing to own mistakes, fix them quickly, and improve the process moving forward
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a clerical/office support role, ideally in a fast-moving company
