In 2025, Blue Monkey Beverage partnered with Boyne Capital, a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies and support them in achieving their next phase of growth.
Position Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Sales will lead and execute growth initiatives across North America. This executive will shape the overall sales strategy, drive aggressive revenue targets, and build a high-performing sales organization as the company scales. The ideal candidate will bring a strong record of accomplishment in the non-alcoholic beverage industry, with significant experience in channel development across club, grocery, specialty retail, convenience, and food service. This executive will also play a key role in cultivating strategic customer, supplier, retail, and other relationships to establish a robust DSD model. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a passion for scaling BFY/emerging consumer brands.
