The Company

We advise the world’s most dynamic organizations on identifying and positioning Leaders for What’s Next – adept at working across borders, in markets around the world. With 66 offices in 54 countries, We are one of the world’s largest retained executive search partnerships.

We provide Executive and midmanagement search to a broad array of companies both public and private. We are deeply experienced at providing creative solutions for even the most complex Canadian and global searches.

Our focus is on:

  • New leadership where we specialize in the C-suite, executive level, and direct reports.
  • Leadership Succession which is one of the most urgent, yet least understood challenges to future-proofing businesses. We deliver succession initiatives that ensure our clients have the right leaders and mentors today and a well-laid-out plan for leadership for tomorrow.
  • Board Renewal where we address board retirements, new skills and capabilities requirements, BIPOC diversity, gender parity, and fresh perspectives.
  • Activist situations where we work either with shareholders who demand changes to the CEO or Board of Directors, or defensively on behalf of the Board and CEO in such activist situations.
  • Building for success whereby we assess fit and alignment amongst the CEO, leadership team, and Board of Directors to build a sustainable organization.

Our Differentiators:

  • We are classically trained at large global executive search firms and chose to come together to create this nimble platform. This collective experience allows us to be strategic and disciplined in our methodology, yet our entrepreneurial mindset drives our creative approach. We understand the fundamentals of a strong partnership – proactive communication, trust, thorough due diligence, and a keen sense of urgency. We have the focus and the capacity to make a significant difference for our clients.
  • We are straightforward, bold, and confident in taking a point of view. We offer insightful perspectives that allow our partners to make the right business decisions. This ability to provide clarity and sound advice to our clients is key to our successful and long-lasting relationships.
  • Finally, we bring our deep and broad business experience to each search mandate and partnership. We understand the importance of aligning talent decisions to strategic business priorities. By levering our communication, assessment and consulting skills, we are uniquely equipped to act as trusted advisors.

Focus on Diversity:

  • When we think of diversity, our purpose is to ensure that our clients’ leadership teams engender diversity of thought, reflective of all their constituents. Accordingly, we are focused on our candidate pool being inclusive of all elements of diversity in securing the right candidate. While diversity encompasses far more than just gender diversity, since 2015, approximately 50 percent of our placed candidates have been women.
