Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Assistant Manager role in McKinney, TX should meet the following requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • The love and passion for opening a new restaurant with a new staff.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for company use.
  • Serve Safe Certification (to be obtained upon hire).


Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at our McKinney, TX location, your role will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing labor scheduling, cross-training efforts, and team retention strategies to control labor costs effectively.
  • Managing the daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and security guidelines.
  • Conducting inventory checks and ensuring proper handling of food deliveries, maintaining accuracy in inventory systems.
  • Driving exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that restaurant cleanliness and QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) compliance is consistently met.
  • Leading by example during shifts, setting direction for team members, adjusting staffing plans, and monitoring food production.
  • Addressing customer feedback in alignment with “Just Say Yes” policy and communicating improvements to management.
  • Supporting day-to-day restaurant operations as required by management.
