Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager is assertive as well as an experienced GM-level food operator who has the skills to contribute within this catering industry leading company and has the drive to continue their career in a uniquely desirable concept. The General Manager will have a strong knowledge of managing a kitchen, including systems, menu procedures, inventory, labor, and food costs. The General Manager will be an energetic leader who can make a positive impact when it comes to taking care of our customers and, just as importantly, taking care of our staff.

Qualifications:

The General Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager, with a focus on early mornings

The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is necessary for the General Manager

The General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager
