Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager is the primary individual responsible for the operation of a restaurant unit according to our standards and values. The responsibility extends physically from curb to curb, and experientially both inside the restaurant and in the neighborhood. The Restaurant Manager’s core accountabilities include, but are not limited to, building effective teams, building sales year over year, effectively managing a scratch kitchen, developing self-management, and hourly associates, and meeting and exceeding key performance indicators such as sales and guest count growth, quality inspections, associate retention, guest feedback, and retention, etc.

Qualifications:
- This position has 2 years of successful experience as a RestaurantManager in a full-service restaurant
- The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated, with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The Restaurant Manager must be a team builder, team player, and organizer, and also be dedicated to building productive relationships with associates and guests
