Key Responsibilities of a Shift Manager

• Operational Leadership: Assist in managing shift operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Support the team in maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Handle cash handling and register procedures accurately. Ensure shift transitions are seamless and efficient.
• Team Support & Development: Lead by example and provide coaching to team members during shifts. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Assist in training new employees to uphold brand standards.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role (preferred).
