THE CLIENT

Multidisciplinary engineering arm of A&E firm specializes in Corporate offices, Higher Education, Hospitals, Airports, Sports Complexes, etc.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary (A&E) project types

• Project Manager for engineering projects

• Interface with clients

• Generate and track project delivery schedule, fees, budgets

• Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar

• REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace or IES VE Energy Modeling software

• P.E.

• 5+ years of US industry experience post degree
