Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing

Oxnard, CA and then relo to Las Vegas by year end

Direct Hire/ Permanent Placement, Full-time 5x/ week in office

$80k-$125k ish, Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), Monthly Bonuses (3 year history of 10+%), 401k w/ Profit sharing, PTO, Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.

OVERVIEW

Client is one of the largest machine tool builders in the World. The ideal Candidate will be: testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating electronics for CNC computer control system.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate failures of existing design by collecting and analyzing data and suggest failure mitigation and redesign, troubleshooting, write work instructions

• Be a part of manufacturing safety, productivity, and quality improvements on the assembly floor

machine shop, and/ or sheet metal shop.

• Improve workflow by conducting analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures

HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• BSEE or similar with 2+ years of commercial experience in electronics

• Test equipment - oscilloscopes, multimeters and current probes

• Electrical parts/ products/ assemblies

• Understand power calculations

• Source-control system

• NFPA79 and/or CE Machinery Directive & associated standards - a plus
