Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection, Lighting, Technology Commissioning for Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education, Laboratory and more.

OVERVIEW

The Mechanical Engineer will focus on Plumbing and Fire Protection design and technical systems for small to medium sized projects from schematics through construction administration.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design and drawings

• Calculations of water, gas, sanitary

• Project work plans, Research, codes

REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar

• E.I.T., P.E., and/ or LEED or WELL Accredited, CPD

• REVIT, AutoCAD

• 5+ yrs. minimum AEC experience, Healthcare and/ or Higher education experience preferred
