CRA Officer
TSG has been engaged to find a strong and dynamic Community Relations Officer for a local Southern Florida bank, with an initial focus on Miami-Dade.
We are looking for someone who can take the lead on Community Relations and help the bank make the most meaningful investment in the community. This includes everything from financial education and literacy programs to identifying the lending and relationship opportunities we should be targeting for small business clients, lower-income neighborhoods, and other key groups.
You will review existing activities to determine what qualifies for CRA, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to policies when needed. You will also work closely with Lending and Treasury to ensure we are reaching the right audience and delivering real value.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about community involvement, enjoys being out in the field, and is energized by events, fairs, and hands-on engagement.
