1. Strong, well capitalized institution headquartered in the Bay Area
2. You would be working with the Commercial and Small business RM's
3. This role will have a direct impact on the success of businesses
4. Underwriting in this group includes Construction, CRE, C&I and Owner Occupied
5. You will be making structure and loan type recommendations
6. A plus if you understand Construction
7. You will be working with other strong underwriters and commercial team
