You will get to work directly with the CFO

In addition to being able to take care of your own clients you will need to work with the RM's to identify internal opportunities as well within their existing portfolio's

You will be able to be active in community events representing the bank

Be able to develop and implement a bank wide deposit growth strategy to optimize your skills and those of your bank partners
