Our client is seeking a Regional Territory Representative to support territory growth within specialty healthcare markets. This role will focus on building relationships with physician offices, educating healthcare providers and staff, supporting new account development, and helping execute regional sales initiatives.
The position includes a mix of office-based outreach, field travel, virtual meetings, and participation in regional conferences and sales events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new physician offices and potential business opportunities, including networking through medical conferences, associations, and group purchasing organizations.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and execute strategies for growing business in your territory, including sourcing new physicians, creating communication strategies, and territory outreach.
- Prioritize opportunities and create actionable plans to expand product reach within the region.
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone meetings with healthcare providers (HCPs) and their staff, and provide education on products and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring offices have the necessary materials and supplies to recommend company products.
- Train new physician offices and staff in the referral process and ensure proper product usage.
- Work closely with the sales manager, Operations, and Marketing teams to align strategies and execute territory-specific sales plans.
- Attend and support regional medical conferences, exhibitions, and sales events.
- Coordinate and execute sales events such as lunches, virtual meetings, and presentations to key medical offices.
- Travel within your designated region to meet with physician offices and attend conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Compensation range: $90-100K base, up to $165K to plan
- Auto allowance provided
