More about the job:  

• Give estimates over the phone and follow up on those estimates
• Set up accounts in our software and communicate with those scheduling and dispatching jobs
• Provide customer service by responding via text, email, and social media to customer inquiries
• Efficiently use our industry software 
• Help meet customer retention goals
• Communicate to our lawn crews, technicians, and scheduling/dispatching personnel
• Report any service changes or quality concerns directly to crews (no need to go through their manager) 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Exceptional communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
