SUMMARY:
The CRM Business Analyst partners with business and technology teams to enhance and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role translates business needs into scalable solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or 5+ years equivalent experience
- 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (development and/or administration)
- Experience within Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Must be able to complete and pass post-employment checks to include, but not limited to, background, drug and education
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and support system and technology needs
- Assess impact of project and system changes on business operations
- Recommend system enhancements and improvements
- Advise stakeholders on system inputs, processes, and outputs
- Define project plans and timelines; align expectations with stakeholders
- Develop and communicate detailed functional and technical specifications
- Create reports, timelines, and visuals to track progress and communicate outcomes
- Maintain documentation and support testing of system changes
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery
- Analyze system issues and drive root cause resolution
- Support data analysis, testing validation, and user requests from client databases
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and external vendors
- Stay current on industry trends, standards, and best practices
