Plaintiff Trial Attorney – Catastrophic Injury & Product Liability (2–7 Years’ Experience)

Representing a Recognized Boutique Litigation Firm in the SouthEast

Location: Atlanta, GA

I’m working with a nationally respected plaintiff litigation firm that’s quietly built a reputation as one of the most selective and impactful trial teams in the country. They’re currently looking to add multiple associates (2–4 years and 3–7 years of experience) to their growing Atlanta office.

This firm focuses on high-stakes, life-altering cases: catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and product liability. They’ve represented states like Georgia and Alabama in major national litigations—think Opioids and Talcum Powder—and maintain a strong track record against well-funded corporate defendants.

Why Attorneys Choose This Firm

  • True Trial Experience – Not just backroom research. Associates are trusted with substantive work early on, including depositions, motion practice, and trial prep.
  • Selective Caseloads – Attorneys manage around 8–12 cases at a time, allowing them to go deep, know their clients, and focus on excellence—not volume.
  • Big-Firm Resources, Boutique Culture – While the team is intentionally small and close-knit, they offer the support and infrastructure you’d expect from a much larger operation—dedicated paralegals, assistants, investigators, and a high-end IT/media team.
  • No Limits on Impact – They never turn away a deserving case due to resources. If it’s the right fight, they’ll take it on—with full backing.
  • A Place to Grow – What sets them apart is that their attorneys get the chance to actually try cases while maintaining a healthier work-life balance.
  • Authentic Culture – Leadership encourages having a life outside of work. Attorneys are trusted, supported, and surrounded by peers who genuinely care about the work—and each other.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–7 years of litigation experience (personal injury, complex torts, or product liability preferred)
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, and client-facing skills
  • Eager to make a meaningful impact through trial work
  • Georgia Bar preferred (Alabama Bar or multistate experience is a plus)

If you’re looking for a firm where you can do real work, try real cases, and make a real difference—while being treated like a professional and a human being—I’d love to connect and share more.
