Join our dynamic team and work closely with multiple partners on a diverse array of third-party liability coverage matters. As an Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will leverage your litigation expertise to conduct in-depth legal research, provide comprehensive coverage reports, and represent insurers in litigation scenarios.
About the Firm: Our client, a mid-size law firm, specializes in high-value tort, insurance coverage, construction, and commercial disputes. Their tort practice predominantly involves representing motor carriers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, alongside handling products liability, premises liability, and other tort suits. While the firm primarily represents defendants in tort suits, they also advocate for injured parties or decedent’s families in high-value tort cases.
In addition to their robust tort practice, the firm has a significant insurance coverage practice, serving as national coverage counsel for multiple insurers. They also handle construction and commercial disputes, typically involving small to midsize businesses. The firm's attorneys are licensed in Tennessee and North Carolina and frequently engage in insurance coverage litigation nationwide.
