Atlanta-Based Role | Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney

(Southeast + National Leasing Work | Partnership Track | Have a Life Outside Work)

Tired of the grind but still love the work?

A boutique commercial real estate firm in Atlanta is hiring a mid-level associate (4–5 years) to join its high-performing team. This is not your typical small firm—they handle national landlord clients, complex leasing, and real estate litigation across multiple states, but with none of the big-firm burnout.

What You’ll Do:

  • Litigate commercial landlord-tenant disputes—summary judgment, eviction, collections, and enforcement—primarily in Georgia (training available for Florida federal work)
  • Represent national shopping center and office landlords in high-volume lease enforcement and bankruptcy-related lease issues
  • Handle matters involving CBRE and other national property owners
  • Draft and argue motions, prep for trial, and manage cases independently with mentorship available

Who You Are:

  • A litigation-loving associate with 4–5 years of experience and trial chops in landlord-tenant disputes
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, small firm setting where you actually get to lead cases—not just paper them
  • Bonus points if you’ve handled corporate bankruptcy or creditor-side filings
  • Motivated, assertive, and not afraid to hold defaulting tenants accountable

Where You Practice:

  • Primary litigation in Georgia, with a multi-state footprint across D.C., FL, GA, TX, TN, CO, and NC
  • In-office role based in Atlanta (laid-back culture, not a “face-time” shop)

Why This Role:

  • High-volume, high-impact work without the nights, weekends, or egos
  • Legacy firm with national clients, many of whom they’ve served for 35+ years
  • Collaborative team, no micromanaging, and a real path to partnership
  • Small firm feel, big firm quality—they punch well above their weight

Sound like a fit? This is for the attorney who wants the courtroom and their weekend. Let’s talk.
