We are working with a U.S.based recruitment company that is expanding its operations into Medellín, Colombia, and seeking to add three experienced recruiters to help build the team. You will have the opportunity to grow your career while helping build something meaningful.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have backgrounds in psychology, behavioral science, communications, or related fields, and who bring strong interpersonal skills and curiosity about people.
This role involves working remotely while supporting recruiting searches in the United States. The market is strong and growing, particularly across industries such as construction, mechanical, electrical, and data centre development, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities.
The Role:
This is a remote position based in Medellín, Colombia, working with a U.S. recruiting firm. You do not need to be located in the United States.
We are seeking professionals who bring:
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Organization and discipline in managing recruiting activity
• Resilience and persistence, especially when running searches
• A strong sense of integrity and stewardship when representing candidates and clients
• A passion for recruiting and building long-term relationships
